DropDrop 개인정보처리방침

Hoseok (Jose) LEE(이하 “개발자”)는 모바일 게임 DropDrop(이하 “앱”)의 이용자 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령 및 Google Play 정책을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보의 종류와 이용 목적을 투명하게 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

1.1 기기에만 저장되는 정보 (외부 전송 없음)

게임 진행 상황: 점수, 최고 레벨, 코인, 업그레이드, 도감, 스테이지 진행
설정: 언어(한국어/영어), 사운드 on/off, 선택한 테마
일일 보너스 상태, 튜토리얼 완료 여부

위 정보는 이용자 기기의 로컬 스토리지에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

1.2 선택적으로 전송되는 정보 (랭킹 제출 시에만)

이용자가 자발적으로 점수를 글로벌 랭킹에 제출할 때에만 다음 정보가 서버로 전송됩니다:

이용자가 직접 입력한 닉네임
게임 점수, 최고 레벨, 합성 횟수, 최대 체인
기기 식별자 (앱이 로컬에서 생성한 무작위 UUID — 개인 식별 불가)
국가 코드 (기기 시간대로부터 추정, 네트워크 접근 없이 로컬에서 결정)

랭킹 제출은 완전히 선택이며, 제출하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

2. 정보 이용 목적

게임 진행 상태의 유지 및 복원
글로벌 랭킹 표시 (이용자가 점수를 제출한 경우에만)
랭킹 화면의 국기 표시

개발자는 수집한 정보를 마케팅, 광고 타겟팅, 프로파일링 등 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개발자는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 양도하지 않습니다. 단, 다음 서비스 제공자를 통해 정보를 처리합니다:

4. 광고 (향후 도입 예정)

현재 앱은 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 향후 업데이트에서 Google AdMob을 통한 광고가 도입될 수 있으며, 이 경우 본 방침을 업데이트하고 앱 내에서 고지합니다. AdMob은 광고 표시를 위해 광고 ID 등 기술적 식별자를 사용할 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참조하십시오.

5. 데이터 보관 기간

로컬 데이터: 이용자가 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다.
랭킹 데이터: 이용자가 삭제를 요청하지 않는 한 서비스 운영을 위해 보관됩니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 다음 권리를 보장받습니다:

열람권: 제출한 랭킹 데이터의 내용을 확인 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제권: 제출한 랭킹 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
로컬 데이터 삭제: 앱을 제거하거나 Android 설정의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능을 통해 모든 로컬 데이터를 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.

권리 행사는 아래 연락처로 요청해주시면 합리적인 기간 내에 처리합니다.

7. 보안 조치

외부 전송 시 HTTPS 암호화
서버 접근 제어 (Supabase Row Level Security)
개인 식별 정보의 수집 최소화 원칙 준수

8. Android 권한

앱은 다음 권한만 요청합니다:

INTERNET — 랭킹 제출 기능에 필요합니다.

카메라, 위치, 연락처, 파일 접근, 마이크 등 기타 민감한 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보 (COPPA 준수)

DropDrop은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 보호자께서 자녀가 랭킹에 정보를 제출했다고 판단하시는 경우, 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 즉시 삭제 조치하겠습니다.

10. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 스토어 설명 업데이트를 통해 사전에 알려드립니다. 변경된 방침은 본 페이지에 게시된 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.

Hoseok (Jose) LEE (“Developer”) values the privacy of users of the mobile game DropDrop (“App”) and complies with applicable laws and Google Play policies. This policy transparently describes the types of information the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Stored Only on Your Device (Not Transmitted)

Game progress: score, max level, coins, upgrades, codex, stage progress
Settings: language (Korean/English), sound on/off, selected theme
Daily bonus state, tutorial completion flags

This information is stored only in your device's local storage and is never transmitted externally.

1.2 Information Transmitted Only When You Submit a Score

The following information is transmitted to our server only when you voluntarily submit your score to the global ranking:

The nickname you entered
Game score, max level, merge count, max chain
Device identifier (a random UUID generated locally by the app — not personally identifiable)
Country code (estimated from your device's timezone, determined locally with no network access)

Submitting to the ranking is entirely optional. All features of the App are available without submitting a score.

2. How We Use Information

Maintaining and restoring your game progress
Displaying the global ranking (only if you submit a score)
Displaying country flags in the ranking view

We do not use collected information for marketing, ad targeting, profiling, or any other purpose.

3. Third-Party Sharing and Processors

We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties. However, we use the following service providers to process information:

Supabase — database used to store ranking data. Supabase Privacy Policy
Google Play — app distribution and update channel. Google Privacy Policy

4. Advertising (Planned Future Integration)

The App currently does not display advertisements. A future update may introduce ads via Google AdMob. When that occurs, this policy will be updated and users will be notified in-app. AdMob may use technical identifiers such as advertising ID. See Google Ads Policy for details.

5. Data Retention

Local data: Retained on your device until you uninstall the App.
Ranking data: Retained for service operation unless you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

Right to access: You may request confirmation of the ranking data you have submitted.
Right to deletion: You may request deletion of the ranking data you have submitted.
Local data deletion: You can delete all local data immediately by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in Android settings.

To exercise these rights, please contact the email below. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

7. Security Measures

HTTPS encryption for all external data transmission
Server-side access control (Supabase Row Level Security)
Minimization of personally identifiable information collection

8. Android Permissions

The App requests only the following permission:

INTERNET — required for the ranking submission feature.

We do not request camera, location, contacts, file access, microphone, or other sensitive permissions.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

DropDrop is not primarily directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information to the ranking, please contact us using the email below and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, we will notify users in advance via in-app notice or store listing update. The updated policy takes effect from the date it is posted on this page.
